**Please Note - You may not get satisfactory results if you do not have adequate flow rate. It will require a minimum of 12 litres per minute optimal to 24 litres per minute water flow rate. An easy way to check your flow rate is to place a one litre empty bottle under the tap and time how long (in seconds) it takes to fill. To determine if the H2o18 is right for you, the 1 litre bottle of water must be filled within 5 seconds.

The Halcyan Water Conditioner is very straightforward to choose a suitable size and also very easy to install. Assuming you have standard pipework, it should take a plumber between 30-60 mins to fit a Halcyan Conditioner.
